At CircleMarket, we aim to make delivery straightforward and reliable. We currently offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Options & Rates

Standard Delivery

- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- Shipping cost: £9.99
- Free standard delivery on orders over £350

Express Delivery

- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
- Shipping cost: £14.99

All delivery estimates are in business days and exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the courier, and circumstances outside our control.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

- Orders placed before 3:00 pm on a business day will be counted as received on that day for processing purposes.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm, or on weekends or UK public holidays, will be counted as received on the next business day.

The cut-off time determines when an order enters processing. It does not guarantee dispatch or delivery on the same day.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, any available tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please use these details to follow your delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays or prevent successful delivery.

Although we work to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier operations, severe weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
